Deborah Hodson - Senior Recruiting Manager  Joined MHESG in December, 2007 as a Business Partner.  This alliance will permit MHESG to further expand it's reach throughout the technology sales and sales management arena in the US and beyond.  Deborah was previously employed by Hewlett Packard as a Sales Program Manager within the OpenView Software Sales Division.  She also held positions as the Americas People Development manager responsible for all recruiting and employee development with HP Consulting.   She worked as an HP consultant assisting clients move mainframe applications to a client server environment.  Prior to HP, Deborah was a Strategic Account Manager for Amdahl and National Sales Manager for Candle Corporation.  Her career began at IBM where she managed their Aerospace sales team and Japanese distribution accounts for 9 years.    You may read more about Deborah by viewing her profile at; http://www.linkedin.com/pub/4/818/417

MHESG is thrilled to welcome The SunRidge Group, LLC headed up by Steve Zollner as a new business partner.  Steve has over 25 years of sales, sales management and team building experience, as well as recruiting and hiring expertise.  He brings a different level of candidate to the process.  Steve has sold, managed and helped build successful companies in PLM, ERP, Supply Chain and e-Commerce.  Steve’s  personal background is in Sales and Sales Management in the PLM, ERP, Supply Chain and B2B space.  His most recent positions in the software industry were as an Area Vice President for SpaceWorks and Vice President at Manugistics.  At SpaceWorks he built out the Midwest and Western Areas where his team was responsible for over 65% of total company revenue for FY 2000 and grew the business from $750,000 to over $11,000,000 prior to having the IP acquired by Manugistics.  At Manugistics, his team was responsible for opening up the Automotive Industry vertical with accounts such as Harley-Davidson, Deere, Masco, Dana and Mitsubishi driving a run rate of more than $25 million per year.
